You get a 7-day grace window to subscribe. If you do not, uploads and validations stop, but you keep read access to your campaigns and history. We do not delete anything because you stopped paying.

We email you at 80% and again at 100% of your usage, so it never lands as a surprise. If you use up the month's validations, new uploads are blocked until the next cycle or until you move up a plan. Nothing you have already validated is lost or deleted.

Every file your client uploads and we process counts as one validation, whichever checks it goes through. A file reviewed by every validator you have switched on, AI review included, still counts as one.

No. Your customer gets the campaign link, drops the file and sees the result right there. Accounts are for your team only.

PDF is accepted by default, since that is what reaches the press. The format validator is configurable per campaign, so you can allow other extensions if your workflow needs them.

Basic is for one person and Pro covers five, each with their own permissions. Enterprise has no user limit.

Yes, on the Pro and Enterprise plans. The page your customer sees is yours, not ours.

No. Anything measurable (bleed, resolution, size, separations) is checked by software and the answer is the same every time. AI only steps in where judgement is needed, it writes down what it saw and why, and the final call is always the print shop's.

Uploaded files are kept for 90 days. You can delete any file from the dashboard at any time.
